Common questions
I can’t sign in or forgot my password
In the app, tap Sign in → Forgot your password? and enter your account email. We’ll email you a link to set a new password. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my data. Everything about what is deleted, and when, is on Delete your Kera account.
Family and child profiles
Parents add and manage child profiles in the app, under House → Children. From there you can change what your child can do, see what they added, or remove the profile. Children can’t use Kera in ChatGPT or Claude. More in our Children’s Privacy Notice.
Kera in ChatGPT and Claude
Kera for ChatGPT and Claude is rolling out gradually. If you don’t see Kera in ChatGPT or Claude yet, it isn’t available for your account yet.
Once it’s available, you can connect Kera to ChatGPT or Claude and ask about your household there. Kera can:
- show your shopping list;
- show your budgets and spending;
- add items to your list and wishes to your wishlist;
- show requests waiting for approval, and approve them, if you allowed that when you connected.
To connect: in ChatGPT or Claude, add Kera from their apps or connectors, then sign in to your Kera account on aikera.app and choose what to allow.
To disconnect: in the Kera app, go to Settings → Privacy → Connected apps, or remove Kera in ChatGPT’s or Claude’s own settings.
Kera never shares what children in your household asked for, and children can’t connect Kera to ChatGPT or Claude.

Does Kera cost anything?
No. Kera is free for your household. There are no plans, trials or card details.
